What is the cancellation policyFull refund for cancellations before July 1st* 50% refund for cancellations before Sept 1st*, after this date no refund is available. *minus $100 admin fee Delegates may find a substitute at any stage If any major unforseen event occurs causing the cancellation of conference activites, such as another lockdown, delegates will receive a full refund but are responsible for any individual expenses.

Can you tell me more about transfers from Adelaide?Companies with both medium sized vans and small buses have been contacted and have made themselves available. Provided there is sufficient interest, transfers will be organised so that delegates will be directed to a couple of pick up spots in Adelaide or collected on the way if en route. For those that agree, a stop at a cellar door or two on the way home can be arranged.

When will paired and small group activities be completed?Some workshops will break into small groups and rotate through stations, allowing completion of annual conversation, Professional Development Plan and mentorship activites. Delagates will also have time during lunches and if needed, on day 3 to complete any remaining tasks.

Is accommodation provided?The conference is hosted by 4 star motel on the edge of McLaren Vale, please discuss 10% discount with venue https://mclarenvalefunctioncentre.com.au/accommodation/ The towns of McLaren Vale and nearby Willunga both have numerous options for accomodation Adelaide hosts several beautiful seaside holiday suburbs that are only a short drive/uber/taxi to McLaren Vale; including Port Noarlunga, Moana, Aldinga Beach Several wineries have accommodation available, including Anvers, Blewitt Springs Winery, Gemtree, Hither and Yon, Inkwell Wines, Ivybrook Farm, Oxenberry Farm, Serafino.

Can I visit some wineries?Lunches are likely to conclude at 3-4pm on friday and saturday. Vineyards are all close, offering opportunity to visit cellar doors following lunch or on sunday afternoon. McLaren Vale is home to sustainable winegrowing, world-class wines and culinary experiences, as well as pristine natural attractions and unparalleled tourism offerings including unique and beautiful accommodation options. The region's Mediterranean climate continues to drive the region's wine style and diverse food culture. McLaren Vale excels in the production of ultra-premium Shiraz and Grenache. Spanish and Italian varieties such as Fiano, Vermentino, Tempranillo and Sangiovese are also very well suited climatically and provide wine lovers with yet another layer of discovery. The region's 30 kilometres of breathtaking coastline and ranges define McLaren Vale's boundaries, and the distinct landscapes and environment within.
